It was super super striking and wild! I love like a PIMP anyway! haha!

Before the event start we mingle around and find our place to put our stuff. Tammy our Mamasan, officially start the event with a speech. Before that we already started doing some activities such as making out own foot scrub and manicure.

Salam ladies & hello everyone!
Recently I won this product called Nuxe Huile Prodieguese Dry Oil from Sasa Malaysia and I gotta review it! This product have been in ghostparties blog about her bath time essential, you can read it here. Its was quite exciting as I got my hand on this luxurious multipurpose oil.

Name: Nuxe Huile Prodieguese Dry Oil

Price: RM170.00

Availability: Sasa Malaysia Outlet
Made in: France
Net Weight: 100ml

What it claims:
Multi-usage dry oil for face, body and hair.
Huile Prodigieuse is a dry oil with a unique superactivated formula combining 30% Precious Plant Oils and Vitamin E to nourish, repair and soften face, body and hair in a single gesture.
Benefits:
Face and body are soft and velvety. Hair is supple, glossy and full of volume.
Active Ingredients:
A unique cocktail of 6 Precious Plant Oils (Borage, St Johnswort, Sweet Almond, Camellia, Hazelnut, Macadamia) with a subtle fragrance for a velvety skin, silky hair and an improved overall aspect of stretch marks.

Packaging:
See through glass bottle with a spray pump. Yep, its a spray bottle. The spray pump serve no problem, I can easily spread and distribute the oil on place I wanted.

Texture/How it feels when applied:
Its feels greasy when applied, obviously its an oil. But absorb really really fast.Leaves skin a lil shine after massage in the oil.

Effectiveness :
In terms of moisturizing I can see the result within a few use. Its really moisturizing.

Scent:
Its not bad but I am not a fan of the scent. I don't know how to describe it but its not a chemical type of scent, more of a natural scent, but not too overpowering. It was ok.

Ease of Use:
Super love the idea of the spray pump. Its easy to use and does not cause messy application. Ypu can easily spray on your hair and body.

Overall / Verdict:

I like this oil but I need to discipline my self on using oil for my body. I found myself rarely reach of lotions/oil for my body. I have dry skin problem around my elbow and body. I think this oil really does the job and really wanna put this product in my after bath routine. Its very luxurious and moisturize your skin and hair nicely.

June 2013 Favorites

Salam & hello everyone!
I nearly forgot about my monthly favorites! Hehe, well, let see what I have been loving in the past month!

1. Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream
I have been using this BB Cream quite a lot in the previous month. I love how it gives me this dewy looking skin and its light on the skin. I reviewed it before, and you can read it here.

2. Silkygirl Gentle Eye & Lip Makeup Remover
This has been my 4th bottle, and I find myself loving it this month. I don’t usually like oily makeup remover but I kinda loving this product in June. I love to soak my cotton pad with it and just place it on my eye for a few seconds and gently rub it off. It really does the job removing waterproof makeup especially mascara.

3. C Queen Angle Blush Brush
This brush is available in C Queen black brush sets. I really really love the brushes from the set and one of my favorite is this brush. It’s an angled brush with soft goat hair brush. The angled shape of the brush helps to contour and blend my blush easily.

4. Etude House Sweet Recipe Baby Choux Base
I got this from my Etude House hamper. I really love this base, it leaves my skin soft and prepare my skin for my makeup routine. It have this kinda sweet “cute” scent to it and every time I reach for this product I cant stop saying, “baby choux! Baby choux!” the name kinda fun to say. LOL! The texture is really smooth just like frosting!

5. Maybelline Color Tattoo in 45 Bold Gold
Yeah! I got my hand on the color tattoo. I love this product really much, and not a surprise I will continue to collect them more in the future.

 What are your June favorites?

Hugs and kisses
Sabrina

Wishlist Wednesday #7

Salam & hello everyone!
This item has been in my wishlist for a very... very.. very.. long time. They are the YSL Rouge Volupte Lipsticks. Unfortunately I have not yet got my hand on these babies. Despite the cute oh-so-glamours packaging that I have been influence by, I heard a lot of good raves over this lipstick. It is long lasting and very pigmented. But the bad thing about these are many research said this lipstick contains the highest chemical called lead that can cause mouth cancer. hm... Oh well...

Where can I get Yves Saints Laurent Lipsticks in Malaysia? Oh well, we don't have an official YSL beaute counter here in Malaysia. Pretty sad. But You can get these at the Satellite building in KLIA. What? Oh yes. That means it is only possible if you are going somewhere then you can get an access there. They are prices RM105 there in KLIA. Oh well.

The other option is (nearest country) either in Bangkok if I am not mistake and the another one is in Singapore. They have an official YSL Beauty boutique there. I am not sure how much they cost

I haven't decide yet on what color I want, I want to go to the counter personally and hands on these lipstick. Its a very pricey lipstick so I don't want to risk my self buying online. Maybe. Probably.

D.I.Y Ombre Summer Canvas Bag

Salam & hello everyone! Yeah to DIY! I have been waited for so long for a craft arty fart blog post! So many ideas but so little time! Today I am going to teach you how to make a easy begineer level ombre canvas bag. You can make it for yourself or make it as a gift to someone special! The canvas bag I got it from this shop called NoDesignerhere. Let's get on with the materials needed!

Materials need for the Ombre' canvas bag project
Materials require :

Canvas Bag
I got it from a shop called No Designer here. Click here to check out her store! She have different styles of plain bags you can choose from. Mine are in Type 004.

Craft paint
I got it from an art store called Papier at The Curve Damansara and Art Friend at The Gardens Mid Valley. These craft paints are a all purpose paints that can be use at any surface. The brand I am using is from Martha Stewart. I choose one main color (Color Code : Mardis Gras Beads in Satin) and a white color to tone it down (Color Code : Wedding Cake in High Gloss). Optional, Black (Color Code : Beetle Black) to add some patterns.

Fabric Medium
This is also optional. This is like a "medium" that you use with the craft paint to gives the paint more nicer on the fabric. The medium can add more effectiveness to make the fabric washable and softer. This is optional. This is also from Martha Stewart.

Palette
The ordinary plastic palette, you can also use a cardboard or even a plate. Nothing fancy will do. Just a surface where you can mix your paint.

Masking Tape
This is used to make the line for this project. It helps to create that sharp crips edge. No drawing require, this helps to prevent messy lines and paints!

Sponge
I got this from a craft store called Art Friend. Cost RM1.20 each. You can also use the ordinary sponge that uses to wash your dish. I choose this because its have a handle and you can reuse and wash it.

Use the masking tape to create the lines. Place it nicely and neatly!
I create a different size of lines to make it more nicer perhaps. Hehe.
Prepare the paints. Add more white to create new color, mix with the Fabric Medium as you like. The medium will make it softer, no water require!
Cut a capboard the same shape as the size of the bag. Place it inside the bag to make a protection surface while painting. We don't want messy result ok!?
The fun part! Paint the bag using patting motion! this will create more vibrant looking color and prevent streaky looking paints. Don't worry! The masking tape will prevent it from getting messy!
Continue by adding more different color. Add white color paint to the main color to create this ombre tone color.
Wait till it dries! Tik Tok Tik Tok!
Another fun part. Well, DIY is all about fun right... Peel the masking tape when the paint dries.
This is optional, create a stencil by cutting your favorite shape!. Here I cut a simple heart shape with an ordinary plain paper. Typo there. Sorry.
Again! Patting motion! Be careful because this is not a masking tape, messy result may occurs, so patting it slowly okay...
Then take it off! gently...

Tada~~ Done!

Me wearing the bag!

You can get the canvas bag at No Designer Here Shop. Below are some of different type of bags she offered!
