As a cosmetic business owner, I do need to know what is the latest trends, what are people looking for, and such. USKOOP | Ships all of your US & UK Shopping loots! + Giveaway

Hello, everyone! More online shopping recommendations from me! Recently I discovered an online concierge who helps you buy stuff from UK or US merchants easily. I find that USKOOP is a little different from the usual type of buying website. Will show you more down in this post soon. Wanna give more info about USKOOP to get you understand more on what they are.

Basically, USKOOP helps you get products from a merchant that usually does not ship to your country, and Malaysia is one of the countries that usually is not in the list. They are linked to merchants in the US and UK who sell authentic and quality products. Your purchase is managed by them to ensure more smooth experience when purchasing online. So you don't need to go to different web sites to buy and arrange to ship separately. So there are 2 options on how to use USKOOP. Let's find out more! OPTION 1 : DRAG & SHOP

This is the very unique about USKOOP. So for option 1, all listed linked merchants such as Amazon, Addidas, Forever21, Nordstroms & much more are integrated with this button. What you do is, drag the button on your right-hand side (see image, highlighted in green) to your bookmarks bar. This button is where you click on the product page you wish to see the price in MYR + Shipping fee to you. Is that easy! So you won't be surprised by shipping fee that you can't get away with after your products have been purchased. 

If you click the button on the merchant that is not listed, this page will appear. See above. But don't worry, we will get to that part later in option 2. 

So here is an example. I went into Nordstrom website and browse over to this product. So what I do, upon looking at this page, click on the USKOOP button that you have dragged on your bookmarks bar. 

You will then be directed to USKOOP web page and it will load up some information for you to see the price in MYR + Shipping fee to Malaysia.

So here is how it looks like. The product is now stated in MYR price (price shown are a total of the product price in MYR & Shipping fee to Malaysia). If you agree, then click Buy for me. It will add to your cart for your preview before proceeding to your payment. From here, you can also add more products from other merchant and total up in one cart. How easy is that? Shipping fee or buy more can sometimes reduce the total in some situations. Will show more o how I proceed with a purchase using this option later after I explain the option 2 as below.

OPTION 2 : COPY & PASTE

 If some of the webste you wish to shop are not listed, dont worry! Use Option 2. Here's how. Go to the page and you will see below screen.

What you do is copy the URL of the product and describe the product. Then submit. After 1-2 working days, you will receive an email with a link where you can view the product just like in Option 1. The total price (product + shipping fee in MYR). Proceed to Buy for me if you want to purchase it

MY SHOPPING PROCESS

So I basically went to Walmart website. I browse through the product and click on the USKOOP button. After agreeing to the price, I click Buy For Me button and below is my total cart.

 Here is an overview of the cart. I choose 2 Milani foundation in 2 different shades.

You can also get discounts and offers if you have some coupon (psst stay tuned until the end of the post! I have a free RM150 coupon for you :*) After all good, proceed to check out. 

Here is my total and then I proceed to make my payment. I use my Visa Maybank Debit Card to make my purchase. So in this part did you realize that you can make payment easily, some UK or US merchant does not accept our local cards. So from here, USKOOP help to handle your purchase.

 The after successfully made my payment, my order confirmation appear. You can go to your account overview and check the status and order no.

Here is also an email confirmation to my shopping with USKOOP. So now, USKOOP will wait for my parcel to arrive in their warehouse.

 I can check the status using the Order No like below. Can't wait for my shopping purchase to arrive!

You know that I am always on a hunt for rare things and usually they don't ship to Malaysia. I discover a new US address service provider recently and give myself a take on it. Hermo 2016 Christmas Sale Haul

As you know Hermo Malaysia always had the biggest and baddest sale every year especially when the year is ending. So I manage to grab some deal during the sale which are still going on right now if you are reading this post before the 2016 ends. I did some shopping and here is what I got for myself! My mask sheet stock has run out so I thought of trying out these mask from Faith in Face. The pink cute vintage packaging if you ask. It is a hydro-gel mask which I think I will love! I bought them in sets which are much more better than buying them individually. I save more! To my surprise I also got a full size oil makeup cleanser for free! Then I got myself some NYX stuff. Pay less when you shop for beauty stuff

I always told my friends that always do some searching before buying any products online. Especially beauty stuff! There is a tip where I am able to buy more makeup stuff regularly. You don't a;ways need to pay full price girl. Its the coupon code and deals I use and grab during my check out! From there I can get more discounts and deals when purchasing stuff. One of the site that I love to make my purchase is Hermo Malaysia. Hermo Malaysia beauty and skincare products offers amazing deal everyday and you don't want to miss out. Sometime they have a really great deal with limited time. So need to keep eye on it. Have your own US address with MyUs | How To & My Review

Hi guys! I have been delaying this post for a while. I did not manage to sit down and blog about this. My back pain is getting worse. My pregnancy due is just around the corner. Phew. Ok back to the topic. As you know I am an avid online shopper and always want something online. But when browsing, not all webstore offers delivery to Malaysia right. So there is this mail forwarding service called MyUs. I knew this when Michelle Phan highlight about it regarding on how to purchase her em cosmetics online and ship anywhere where you live. So basically what mail forwarding is, is that it is a service where you get your own US address. It's like have your own "place" in the United States. So you can purchase anything from the US webstore and ship to the address that you get from this service. Your package will arrive at their warehouse and then you pay for the shipping. Then this mail forwarding company will ship to you using shipping company that you choose, as that is what they do. So I am going to show you on how you can have your own US address with MyUS and my thoughts on it at the end of this post.

So of course, first of all you have to go to MyUs page and Sign Up. I register for BASIC account. which is 10usd per year. You can go for the other package if you want. I just go for the basic for now on. 

After register you will receive and email. They actually need to review your application in 24 hours but mine was a bit delayed for 48 hiurs so I actually email their customer service regarding my application status and then my application was approved. When it is approve, my debit card was charge with the 10USD fees. 

When my application is successfully accepted, I receive my US address! Weee! So this is the address you key in during check out. Most webstore offers free shipping at certain purchase around US right, so that is kinda great!

So then I did a little shopping at drugstore.com . I purchase above 40usd and i got the free shipping. After 2 days, i receive an email from MyUs stating that my parcel has arrive. 

In my MyUs dashboard I can view my package detail. There is a setting page where you can customize on what you want. In my setting, I tick on the "original package" so they will send what they receive from the store I bought the stuff from on its original box and such. I don;t want them to mess with my box, so I opt for the original package part. This may be a bit problem if you order from several stores as they would need to compile each different boxes to you. The shipping may cost higher I think. After I have go through the detail I click "CREATE SHIP REQUEST" as a instruction to them that I want my parcel to be deliver to my Malaysia address.

Then you will view this below page where you can choose which shipping service you want. The faster it will get to you the higher the rates. Of course I have to go for the lowest rate. I don't mind waiting. I was hoping that they have a better shipping rates, I don;t mind wait for 3-4 weeks as long as I pay less. But they don;t have it, the slowest was 4-5days if I am not mistaken and it cost me 37.76 dollars. It was like my whole drugstore purchase! Pretty expensive to my opinion. Was not expecting this but oh well.

Check all the details and confirm! My package arrive as promise. 4 days. They came in the original box and below is my purchase! Still confuse? Here is a short recap on what I bebel up here.

1st - Register MyUs account

2nd - Get approved and receive your US address

3rd - Start shopping and during check out add the US address in the shipping information form. You can shop at more than 1 store, they will send to the address you have filled in.

4th - Wait for MyUs to notify you that your package has arrive at their warehouse

5th - Check your MyUs Account, view the details of your package on the dashboard

6th - Send instruction by clicking "CREATE SHIP REQUEST" on parcel you want them to send to you.

7th - Choose your shipping option and prefered rates. Don;t forget to check on the other details such as insurance or what so ever stuff on the right side bar.

8th - Pay your shipping fee, using PayPal.

9th -Wait for your package to arrive at your home!

10th - Take an snap chat or insta pic and hashtag #iambroke. lol. this step is optional. haha!

I got all the stuff that I have been wanting to try for the longest time!

My final conclusion is that overall it is a great experience. My package arrive safely, as promise and the transaction was super easy. Only that I really hope they have a cheaper shipping rates and I know it will take longer time but I don;t mind. I'm used to that as I always shop at eBay that usually offers free shipping or cheap shipping with longer days to arrive. So far I had no problem with that.

So far as I convert the price I pay (product + shipping) they are still reasonable and pretty much the same price you can get from sellers here in Malaysia. Maybe cheaper if you buy more and save on the shipping.

I am happy that I have an MyUs account now, so I can get stuff that is hard to find here in Malaysia. Maybe I can shop for things that I really want or big sales that they always have. For example have you hear that MAC Cosmetics eyeshadow refill pan is now 6USD? The original price is 10USD. The price is the same as MUG eyeshadow! or maybe I can get the bag I have been wanting for so long which is the Kate Spade bag.
