Fragrance Friday | Flora By Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia Review

It's a new season and Gucci has launched another series from their Floral fragrance. This is the Flora By Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia which is a limited edition extension from the Floral range. With its signature hexagon shaped bottle and black cap. This Gorgeous Gardenia, described as an “intensely feminine fragrance”. It combines the lightness of the gardenia’s first blossom and the richness of the flower in full bloom. I love the tinted pink fragrance look with its blooming box packaging. 

It has a sweet and fruity scent to my opinion. I find it wore perfectly for an evening out. The notes are, Red Berries, Pear, White Gardenia, Frangipani Flower, Patchouli, Brown Sugar Accord. It is inspired by the House’s renowned Flora pattern. Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini explains: “With Flora by Gucci, I wanted to express the loveliness of the Flora woman: charming, romantic, and optimistic.”

BOSS The Scent For Her EDP Review

This October be overwhelm by this new scent from HUGO BOSS, The Scent for her. It is inspire by a journey of powerful seduction and it said that it is from the creative vision as an Artistic Director for BOSS women wear. This scent describe as a sublime feminine elegance, warmth and seductiveness. The bottle it self looks very elegance yet modern with champagne rose liquid in it. With hard embossed BOSS logo on the slanted gold cap. It is actually looked like a men cuff-link. The top notes are Honeyed peach & Freesia. Followed by the middle note, Osmanthus the oriental flower & the base note, roasted cocoa.

It is fruity but not too sweet. It has a fresh scent to my opinion and perfect for effortless casual romantic day time.  It reminds me of my favorite scent in a "floral" version which is the Dolce Gabbana Dolce fragrance. I have use this perfume since I got it and I felt that the fragrance lasted on me for about 4-5 hours. The ad for this scent featuring model Anna Ewers shows a seductive scene reassemble on how this scent is described, an intensity that steadily builds to draw the BOSS man and BOSS woman closer.

Juicy Couture Couture La La Review

This is one of the perfume I have been wanting for so long. This is the Juicy Couture Couture La La. I got this through MySale, use some vouchers I have and I only pay this perfume for RM60+. It is one of the best spend money ever! They always have perfume sale and don't ask me more about this. As far as I trust that they are all authentic. So back to the topic, obviously I am going to talk about why I buy this. Of course, the packaging are just... can we just take a moment to appreciate the gorgeous rose gold box and the hot pink ribbon on the bottle. Sho cute! I got the one in 100ml. I think it is the biggest one and yes the bottle is pretty heavy. Not travel friendly. It has this diamond shape cap and these beautiful clear rhinestones charms on the neck of the bottle. Top it of with a very striking hot pink ribbon tied perfectly on it. It also have a embossed silver Juicy Couture signature cute puppies on the front. The bottle is transparent clear and the perfume itself are actually coloured. So that is all for the look of the perfume. Pretty mouthful.

Now I am going to talk about the scent. Another reason why I got this is that this is the scent that is basically "fresh". The first debut Juicy Couture perfume smells more "luxury" I could say. This one are just my type of scent. This version are describe as a free spirited and effortlessly glamorous women. It has a luscious Floral - Fruity bouquet scent with a bit of a fresh musky noted. The top notes are mandarin, green apple and red current. The middle noted are White flowers of lily of the valley, orange blossom with a mix of powdery violet leaves. The base are sensual musk accords. The face of this perfume is said to be Karlie Kloss. They are available in Sephora if you are interested in touching and smelling them by your self and they retails about RM340+ if I am not mistaken. I might dive in to more Juicy Couture others perfume range because i think they are one of the designer perfume that I love especially on the look of the bottle it self. Pretty sum up a Sabrina, the sucker for packaging.

The Body Shop Italian Summer Fig Eau De Toilette Review

Happy Friday. It's my birthday today! :P Today Fragrance Friday featuring  Italian Summer Fig Eau De Toilette from The Body Shop. It is describe as a fresh, fruity fragrance of Italian Summer Fig. I never seen a fig before. But from my little research these are fruits found in the western Asia. The figs that re hand picked are said from the emblematic of the Puglian coast in Italy. There is where the sun-baked soils produce them in abundance and with a juicy scent that fills the warm air in summer. During the summer where the figs are the richest and this is where they create this succulent green scent.

It comes in a very black and white chic designed box. Love the green neon detailing inside. The bottle are made out of a very high quality glass that looks like a half dome shape with a normal pump spray. Looks like the Viktor & Rolf flowerbomb but just half of it haha. First impression towards the scent to me is sweet and warm ~ musky. To my personal preference, this is a pretty strong scent for me. I like something light and flowery. It is pretty sweet but not that overpowering, and I think suitable for day time use if I want to go for a more stronger scent on that day. This fragrance last on me about 3-4 hours, it is pretty handy and travel friendly.

It's Friday, and its Fragrance Friday Series. Not only shoes. Jimmy Choo also offers top notch designer perfume for you. The new fragrance by him introduce BLOSSOM. Describe as - It is perfect for bold & bright young party girls. It this elements of sparkles and vivacious imagine the sip of a first cocktail, the clinking of glasses with the girls, the sexy soundtrack on the dance floor. With and opening scent of a floral fragrance with sparkling top notes of red berries that is blended with citrus cocktail. Finish up with a sweet pea, rose and sensual base notes of white musk and sandalwood. The box speaks for it self, sparkling glitter pink box that wows my heart instantly. The bottle it self looks like a studded embossed diamond glass with a diamond cap on top.

The scent is perfect if you love a very sweet floral kinda fragrance. It is pretty strong too. I would use this perfume for a special occasion and for me it may not suitable for a daily basis unless your life motto is party everyday *giggles*. I love the bottle it self, its pink and looks very chic. Definitely a perfume to check out for that ladies night out.

Fragrance Friday | Omnia Indian Garnet Bvlgari

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡. Another fragrance to be featured i my Fragrance Friday series! Introducing the new fragrance from Bvlgari, Omnia Indian Garnet and Edita Vilkeviciute as the face for this fragrance. Inspire by the rare and precious gemstone that is the Mandarin Garnet. It is a rare and has an appearance of a vivid bright orange stone as you can see is the main inspiration to the design and look to the bottle itself. The Jewerler interprets this mandarin gemstone into an old factory tribute to shimmering colors and sensual flowers. The scent inspiration for this fragrance is pretty much a mix of floral and woody eau de toilette. Created for the ultrafeminine woman who is sure of her charms, the exotic fragrance is at once desirable, seductive, mysterious, and elusive.
The bright orange bottle really captures my heart. Bvlgari also have the same bottle design to the Omnia collection such as the Coral & Crystalline in different colors on the bottle. The pump of the fragrance is actually in the middle part. Push down the head of the bottle to pump out the fragrance.

Top Notes: Mandarin and Saffron Heart Notes: Indian Tuberose and Osmanthus Base Notes: Indian Woods and Amber
The scent it self give me an impression of one word. Luxury. I found that this is among the strongest fragrance I ever and really captures the illusion of sexy and powerful. The scent it very woody and fruity but not that sweet. On first pump it is very strong but after a few minutes, it settle in and the scent is just nice. It last for 2-3 hours. It really suits our humid weather. The scent are just great for summer time like what we have here all year long! I prefer to use this fragrance during special occasion and during the day to work. This fragrance also comes with a body oil and scent soap.
