Once again Pullman KL Bangsar will host a great buffet dinner for this coming Ramadhan. I enjoyed myself last year and this year I'm glad that they add more menu and more improvements to the dining experience. Over 150 dishes from both local & international cuisine specially made for the Khazanah Sajian Desa Dinner Buffet at LINK - All Day Dining Restaurant. The Ramadhan buffet will start from 7 May 2019 - 3 June 2019. The size of the restaurant can fit up to 100+ people and there is both indoor & outdoor seating section.
Their Malay cuisine is specially cooked by Chef Borhan with over 30 years of experience. Variety of dishes such as Ikan Patin Tempoyak (my fav), Sambal Udang, Asam Pedas, Seafood and more. Now I am going to spam you guys with lots of delicious food pictures that will definitely drool you! From Malay, Chinesse, Indian, Noodles & western food are served there.
Both local & international dessert for your sweet tooth.
There are also salad, sushi and different kinds of kerabu salad.
Different kinds of sambal with ulams.
Different kinds of bubur such as pengat durian, bubur kacang hitam & more.
Rojak buah that you can mix yourself.
Local dessert such as cendol & abc, freshly cut coconut drinks is also served.
There are more than 5 different chilled drinks & also hot drinks that you can ask as it is made to order to serve you fresh & hot.
Of course, grilled lamb won't missed the party! Served with different options of sauces that you can choose.
By far the most delicious Bamboo Chicken I ever tried. It's so soft, flavoured & juicy. I really love this chicken. It is freshly baked during the buffet session.
Fresh seafood grilled specially with great sauces & dips.
There are also Japanese and other international food made to order serving you fresh & hot.
Starting from 8pm-9pm, the durian buffet is served! Definitely a great dessert time with everyone!
