My First Vlog | Celebrating November Babies at Olive Music Cafe, Johor Bahru

Hello everyone! What going on todaaayy! I film my first ever vlog. But you can't really see me in there since I am the camera girl. Haha. Just testing some skills if I had any haha and practising on how to use the Sony Vegas. Editing video is fun, and when it is successfully edited and finish. Aaah. It is November and we have 3 beautiful girls celebrating their birthday in this month. They are my school mates! Coven girl it is! Any convent girls here, raise your hand! We celebrated their birthday at a local cafe called, Olive Music Cafe. It is located at Nong Chik Height. Just beside Big Food Johor if you keen to know more. Their food are great and prices are amazingly nice. You should try if you happen to visit Johor.

So I start using this since Monday ( 3 November 2014 ). I used the mask 3 times a week, it is on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday during the night. I applied it just like the ordinary mask pack. I use a foundation brush for a neat application. After 20 minutes I rinse it off and use the ampoule. Every night I will apply the Zamian Trouble spot Ampoule all over my face and use just on the trouble spot during the day before sunscreen application.

The Zamian Mask has a true chocolate scent. The texture is creamy and easy to apply. After a few minutes I can feel a bit of tight & “heating” going on. The texture of the ampoule is runny but easily spread.

Well as you can see and probably scare you. My skin has been very bad these days. This is the before and after 5 days picture using the Zamian products (the mask & ampoule). My acne is reduce and healed. I am pretty satisfied by the result! This happens after 3 days of continuous usage as mention above. The tube is big and this can barely finish fast! Recommended!

Real Technique Core Collection Make up Brushes Review

Happy Friday everyone! Today I have an exciting review in my blog. As you can see, I bet you know what it is. Yes, it is the Real Techniques Core Collection Make up Brush set. If you watch youtube, you might know the duo's sister called Pixiwoo, Samantha and Nicola Chapman. Their brush range comes in sets and individuals ones. You can purchase Real Technique Brush in local Malasyia store, but aware that it is slightly expensive (cost like a high end makeup brush). I got mine from MakeupToolsmy. I heard so many good reviews for these brushes. The first real technique brushes that I have are the Blush Brush & Expert Face Brush. I am excited to tell you what I though about these brushes!

For the set collection, it comes with a case that can actually use also as a brush stand. Not really using it actually. But it would be a great case for someone who just wanna bring a few brushes during travel. Everything comes neatly and looks expensive to me!

Buffing Brush

Description : Ideal for full coverage application of powder and mineral foundation
This brush is light weight and firm to hold. The hair are made from synthetic hair. The shape of the brush is not dome but pretty round on the side. It is not stiff and dense like the Sigma F80. It is recommend to be use for liquid, powder foundation. I find that I love to use this for a very liquid texture foundation and buffering blush & bronzer. Also perfect to buff in powder to your face. It spread on nicely and feels soft on the skin. Sometimes this brush gives streaky effect if the brush is too dirty. My fault. Haha.

Pointed Foundation Brush

Description : use with liquid foundation to build custom coverage
This not your ordinary foundation brush. It is smaller than the normal ones and a bit flimsy. I find that this works best to blends in liquid product such as cheek tints and to apply concealer under the eye. It also a great brush to blead uneven foundation around the nose and around the mouth. I find that it is a bit impossible to use this for your foundation routine because its pretty time consuming due to it size.

Contour Brush

Description :  Delicately applies highlighter to contour or create sheer, soft-focus finish

My favourite brush in this collection! I love the size of this brush and how versatile it is. Perfect to apply powder under the eye to set my eye conceler. It is super soft and easy to clean. This also works great as a contouring brush. The pointed tip is going to give you a nice precise application on your cheek.

Detailer Brush

Description :  Precision cut to effortlessly conceal problem areas or use with lipstick for long-lasting shape and definition.
Second favorite brush in this collection! I find that this is perfect to be use as a lip stick applicator, inner corner highlight applicator and also spot concealing. It is not that stiff and easy to work with. This should be sell individually! It is such a multi purpose brush.

Overall. The Real Technique Core Collection is great for everyone especially when you are just starting to use makeup brushes. It is a versatile brushes. You can use one brush with many option of ways to your liking. I actually like the way how it weights. Its light and easy to handle. In terms of cleansing, it does not gives me problem. It is easy to clean and I do not have any shredding problems with these brushes. Price wise are also reasonable for such a great quality of brushes. Hallyu Fever with Sencé

Hallyu is not over baby! What is Hallyu? It is better known as Korean wave that have taking the trend to the next level. Fantastic Baby. Wuhuu! The k-Pop trend is no longer a foreign here. It is widely accepted! From music, makeup and fashion! For example my favorite Korean look would be the gradient lips and the "no makeup, makeup look!" Dewy fresh skin with just light makeup can be worn in any days! That straight brown brow and don't forget the cheeky colored eyeshadow.

Driven by this, Sencé new EDT is inspire by these amazing culture. The Hallyu lifestyle. Four awesome fragrances have been introduce along with a cool deodorant spray that I love! The 4 fragrance are Sweetie Pop, Pretty Pop, Lovely Pop and Sunny Pop! I absolutely love how the bottles were design. It looks so so so so so cute on my vanity! I even put it on my side table beside my bed. The bottle is made out of a very sturdy glass and the size of the bottle is perfectly perfect to bring anywhere you go!

They also introduce the deodorant spray that matches each scent. I think it’s a perfect combo! No more boring deodorant scent if you ask me! I got a combo here! So don't you be jealous if I smell so good you just wanna sit beside me the whole day! hehe.

Sweetie Pop 

For that someone sweet! This fragrance has a sweet fruity scent that I think perfect for day time! It has a sweet opening with sparkling fruity aromas of mandarin and grapefruit. This scent leads to a heart of charming rose with a soft vanilla-musk base.

Pretty Pop

Something edgy and pretty. That is what I would love to describe! It's that night out with ma girls! This has an angelic floral, fruity scent with sparkling green top note, combined with woody and ambery base. It has this feminine edgy fun side scent that is perfect for that fun night. 

Lovely Pop

It is that fragrance for that demure lady with style! It remarks a lady with its fairy-tale floral, fruity scent and opening with a fresh citrus note, mingled with a sweet musky and woody base. It is fresh and just lovely as its name! I would love to wear this for some work occasion and event! This is perfect!

Sunny Pop

That scent that really reminds me of the outdoors and also my best friend who never fails to make me laugh! That fun activities, laughter and joy out in the sun! It is definitely for the young and playful heart. It has a cheeky cocktail of tropical fruit fragrance that also have middle notes of a delicate floral heart and touches of woody and ambery notes. It’s the perfect summertime scent!

Overall, I really love all of the EDT & Deo Spray. It compliment each other and I can change my scent with different occasion. Did I tell you it look super cute on your vanity? The fragrance lasted for 2-3 hours and the deo spray lasts almost a day! It keeps my underarm dry and scented! Hehe.

First look, Sweetie Pop! Something sweet just like the scent itself. I created a combination of soft pink eyeshadow with a bright pink on the outer corner. To complement the look, I wore soft pink scarf with this look! Very girly girl look that most Korean wear. The second look is called Pretty Pop, my favorite! It is my classic date look. Smokey dark eyeshadow on the lid with a hint of eyeliner and volumizing mascara. Pair it with my favorite purple scarf. It resemble and edgy and sexy look K-Pop usually wore in their grudge music video I saw. Third look is the Lovely Pop. Just like what it describe, a demure lady with style. I use my blue tone paddle pop scarf with this. To complement the look I wore blue and turquoise eyeshadow. It’s a bold but fun look! To tone down the look, I pair it with a soft nude lip. Fun and lovely! The last one! Sunny Pop! What else? Bold eyeliner look of course! A very favorite look worn by the K-Popers! Hehe. I wore this bold eyeliner look with a bold orange tone lip color. A combination of fun colors together! So what is your style? I have a contest for you!

Obambi Haul #1

Hello everyone, happy Monday! I got some clothing haul for today and I want you to check it out because I am loving this shop! Its O'bambi! First let me talk about the package it comes with. How cute is that. My clothes were wrapped with a paper with a deer logo on it. I appreciate and love shops that put effort in their shipping packaging. It's like receiving presents! Okay, so I discover an online shop that sells tons of tops, bottoms and many more. You might wanna check this shop because they sells, I might say "rare" and cool design of tops and other clothing garments. Shipping is fast and product receive are just like what it has shown in their website.

I picked up two items from the store, one is the black top and a cool paisley design pants. It is the Plain Basic Blouse in black (selling fast!) glad I grabbed it! and Anusha Pants. So far I am loving my picks as both look so well together. Material is good and super comfy! Check out O'bambi, they offers tons of choice such as these versatile kimono cardigan. It would be a great addition to your wardrobe and a great piece to ass to spice up your outfit.

I'm getting my wishlist going! The kimono cardigan does look pretty. Oh I should get them in every design. So pretty aaaaa.......

Biore Perfect Cleansing Water Makeup Remover Review

I am a fan of water base makeup remover. From my very very old post back in the years I can really tell that water base makeup remover never fail me. I love the non sticky feeling and fresh feeling after removing makeup. Its like swiping wet cotton pad (like damp water cotton) over your face without the oil feeling or irritating feeling when it gets into your eyeball. Ugh. I hate when that happens. It is  a water-based Makeup Remover that has high cleansing abilities but still gentle for all skin types. I don't know that this product is coming out until I was looking for the Biore Makeup Remover in sheet and then I saw this. I was like, water base? I'm so buying it! So I grabbed it. In Singapore it is called Bioré Micellar Cleansing Water. They look the same, but I am not sure if they are the same with just different names. This makeup remover is said to formulated with Japan's Natural Mineral Water.

Been using it ever since and feel in love from the first try. It is easy to use, feels gentle on the skin, refreshing and does not irritate or sting my eyes even if its gets in. It's like washing your face with water but all of your makeup even with your waterproof makeup just swipe away like magic.It is also formulated with no Alcohol, oil, fragrance and colorant. I totally recommend you to try this. i think it suits all skin types and I think everyone is going to love this. It is not oily, dry out and irritate your eyes. Price wise are also reasonable. It comes with a cute pink pump bottle. Super convenient.

Soap & Glory Clean, Girls & Flake Away Review

Pink packaging beauty products never fail to fascinate me. I might as well swear that I love beauty products that have cute design on its packaging. One of the reason I ran into the obsession of these Soap & Glory products. I knew about this products when I was strolling around Sephora Malaysia. I ran into the Soap & Glory section because I saw a whole range of products in pink packaging with vintage women picture on it. How cute is that! Looking at the price tag, it was pretty good to me. Range between RM19.00 - below RM100. I took the chance when I was at the Sephora Black Card launch event to grab some of Soap & Glory products. So here are my pick up for the Soap & Glory products. I bought the Soap & Glory Clean, Girls Skin Softening Body Wash & the Flake Away Scrub.

It took me a week to open the body wash because I was a bit too sayang to open it. It look so cute on my vanity. Oh my what am I babbling about now. The Soap & Glory Body Wash in Clean Me comes in a pretty big pump bottle. I use it during my night shower. The only thing that bothers me is that I need at least 8-10 pumps for a one time shower routine. Pretty much right. I don't want this body wash to run out fast. The texture of this body wash is creamy. It has a milk sweet and fresh scent to it. Not too overpowering. Describe as a body wash that contains natural vanilla fruit and orchid extracts plus a built-in moisturizing matrix. It is a pretty good body wash that leaves my skin smooth and clean. I feel so relaxed after that and its the perfect feeling to go to bed after a long hours of work!  It is priced at RM29.00 for a 500ml pump bottle. Pretty nice right.

The second product that I pick up from this brand is the Flake Away Body Polish in travel size (50ml). Priced at RM19.00. Describe as a scrub that contains shea butter, sweet almond oil, peach seed powder, sea salt and sugar. It is mainly recommend to be use for you feet and other parts of your legs. This body polish has a fine and packed gritty texture that I find cool. It is not gooey in a way that it is hard to handle while showing. Easy to hold and apply on your skin. The texture is just perfect! It helps to give me that "scrubbing" feeling. A little goes a long way, you need about a scoop of the size of your two fingers. It leaves my skin feel fresh and clean! Sometime the sweet scent can be overwhelming, but so far I am loving it! Sometime scrubs can makes your skin turn really red, but this doesn't really makes your skin look too red if you know what I mean. Overall I am loving my Soap & Glory purchase! Look forward to try more.
