There is nothing beats a local food! Hilton Kuala Lumpur recently launches their Ramadan buffet and what surprises me is that they highlight local food from 11 Malaysian states. Usually, Ramadan buffet has western and international food highlighted. But this time around, I was bringing back to my childhood memories of local delicacies that wow me. Held at Vasco's Hilton Kuala Lumpur, I never so gravitated towards these choices. I saw my favourite ikan tempoyak, asam pedas ikan pari, pasembor, sagu melaka, pisang abu with sambal kicap and more. 
The ambience is relaxing with a view of Kuala Lumpur town. For me, it is not that spacious and for a big gathering, it could be a bit crowded. But for an intimate family & friends gathering, it is perfect.
Kenduri Kendra as their theme for this year Ramadan buffet showcased over 300 menu from 11 states. Giving you that traditional and cultural vibe while dining. Savoury lauk such as Gulai Daging from Perlis, Murtabak Raja and Pasemboq Boria Padang Kota from Penang, Melaka special Asam Pedas, Nasi Dagang and Nasi Kerabu from Terengganu, Sup Merah Temasik Bengkulu and Ikan Bakar Wak Safri Sri Kuda Kepang from Johor & many more.There is also some western food such as pasta& spaghetti, some sushi to crave up your international cravings.
