My favorite top everyday natural blusher

Salam all! Mood nk blogging tetiba datang nih. Tengah kemas2 bilik , susun2 balik barang makeup nmpak la yang byk jugak lately ni beli blusher. Sab nak try berblogging balik tapi maybe tukar cara penyampaian dalam blog ni dari fully English ke bahasa yang sab pakai setiap hari iaitu rojak campur bahasa and english sikit2 boleh? So for today, Sab would like to recommend you guys some of my top favorite blusher for every day use. Warna2 ni sesuai for you who have light to fair-medium skin tone. So let's!

The first one is the 4U2 Matte Blusher. I think this one a rebrand of the old version matte blusher they have in the heart packaging. 4U2 ni brand dari thailand and mmg popular dgn range blusher dieorg especially yg cream blush tu. i tried that one but tak berapa gemar sebab how terlalu pigmented and susah nak blend to the skin. I think sesuai untuk org yang suka blend cream blush on bare skin and bukan on top of foundation sebab mmg agak pathy bila blend. So this one actually Sab baru beli jugak but suka sgt warna shade ni. Dia cm brown undertone and sangat ssesuai dgn kulit kuning langsat sab ni. Among all 4 ni paling pigmented, so a little goes a long way. Sab jarang suka blusher yang highly pigmented ni tp this one kinda an exeption sebab warna dia sgt la cantik. Sab beli ni di Guardian outlet Kota Damansara. Next is the 3CE Mood Recepi Blusher in #MONOPINK. Love the earthy tone shade in this blusher. Finishing matte, no shipper at all. Lepas tu dia tak pigmented sgt so senang nak kawal blending masa apply. Sucha  sweet and on the go blusher tapi has to be apply above liquid foundation sbb dia sgt lah sheer. I got this from Hermo like last year I think (link shop). 3CE pun ada di Shopee - (link). Harga about RM60-70+. Depends pada sale time.

Third, the MAC Glow Play Blush. I was recommend this by Kak Sally the MUA that we selalu hire for our product photoshoot campaign. This blusher sangat la unique. Kalau Korang perasan, macam ada kemek kat tengah tu kan, sebab blusher ni bukan powder, bukan cream but its like a "dough"> mcm playdoh tu. boleh tenyeh2 and selalu rasa sejuk je tak tau kenapa. So this one boleh apply pakai brush for a very very natuarl finish but best apply pakai finger or sponge. Sponge apa? Of course la Breena Beauty Blending Pearl Sponge, hehe. So blusher ni Sab selalu bawak dlm makeup bag nk touch up lepas solat. You can just use your finger and dap around your cheeks for a natural finish blush look. Oh and this ada hint og glowy finish,bukan basah but a light sheer glisten finish on the cheek. Sangat Cantik. Sab beli ni di MAC outlet but also available online- link. Retail for RM131.00 each.

My most used blusher. Yang ni my 2nd repurchase hah gitew. This is from NARS and nama shade ni S** Appeal. Kat Malaysia shade name ni xditayangkan atas sebab2 adult content. So kat packaging shade ni diberi number 4033. Blusher ni kalau korg swatch kat kedai or tgk directly korg mesti cm ee pucatnya colour dia. Tapi masa my visit there, promoter kat situ suruh I try terus kat pipi on top of my foundation. Bila dia pply kat my face, warna dia terus bertukar jadi warna warm pink natural sangat. Cantik giloss! Sejak dari tu mmg fall in love and terus beli pakai smpai habis. So far onine sab xjumpa any shop jual, maybe kene ke outlet juga. NARS is now available online at Zalora if you wanna know. Above image show the blusher applied using brush on bare skin & skin yang ada foundation. Mmg on top of foundation nampak lg pekat. 4U2 tu patchy sikit but just make sure lightly je brush bila nk pakai. IN2IT Cream Blusher Swatch & Review

Cream Blusher is another option of a powder blusher. What is the difference? Powder Blush tends to fade faster compare to cream/liquid type blush. Most Cream Blush I found in the market is "too pigmented" or dry on the skin that causes patchiness or hard to blend mark on the cheek. I found a drugstore holy grail find which are these IN2IT Cream Blusher. They are affordable and easy to work with.

The Cream Blusher comes in a squeeze tube with a pointed tip opening. The texture of the Cream Blusher is creamy and highly pigmented but also easy to blend. Does not dry too fast where it gives you time to blend it. It lasts pretty long as after a while it leaves a stain on your cheeks but still easy to removes with a proper makeup remover.

HOW TO APPLY CREAM BLUSHER

1. Squeeze a small amount at the back of your hand.

2. Dor 3 angle on your cheek area.

3. You can use your finger or sponge to apply. I prefer sponge as it blends nicer.

4. Bounce the sponge or lift upwards (if you are using your finger) in dap motion until all blend well on to the cheek area.

NYX Butt Naked Underneath It All Palette Review

I got this palette a while back last year during my birthday and it has been my staple palette when I am traveling last year. This palette make me discover that I love warm and burn orange eyeshadow. Never knew it is such a versatile color and a pretty bold color to be use in my everyday. It makes me wanna go and find a single eyeshadow color that looks like some of these eyeshadow and put it in my custom empty palette. This palette comes with 15 eyeshadow color with a mix of matte, glitter, shimmer and satin finish, 4 blusher from lights, peach and bright and lastly 3 illuminators. The blush and illuminators are place in a easy to slide pan on the bottom part of this palette. The case is made out of plastic and comes with a big huge mirror that is handy. Its pretty bulky but I find that it is travel friendly.

The 15 eyeshadow.

From first row left to right. You can see the numbering on the back of the box packaging. There are no specific names for each of these shadows. My favorite has to be number 2,5,7, 11, 13 & 14. Some of them are butter smooth especially the top row and some of them are pretty chalky like he number 15. It is one of a kind palette that not natural palette usually have. The mix of burnt orange, greens and dark plums are amazing to create different looks than your usual. 

The 4 blusher and the 3 illuminators.

The blush are pretty okay, not that pigmented and you will need a whole lot of layer to make it visible. My favorite blush are the one in number 3 and 4. A natural matte blush that looks good together. The illuminators was pretty disappointing. It is pretty chalky and hard to blend. It does not look really smooth on my skin. But they look pretty cool when swatched.

Look I created using this palette :

I use the eyeshdow number 11 for my entire lid, 15 for my transaction shade, 12 for my crease and I deepen out my crease using the number 14. I also use the plum shade number 12 on my lower outer corner. I highlight my inner corner using the eyeshadow in number 10. For cheeks I am using the blush in number 3 and 4 then highlight my cheekbones using the illuminator in number 2. 

You can purchase this palette at Sephora. I am not sure if they are a LE or a permanent palette. I got this from my mom during my birthday and I think they retails for about RM100+. What do you think of this palette?

UD X Gwen Collection Review

Nanananananana... What's up guys! As promise, I wanted to give you my thoughts on these new products that just arrive here in Malaysia! It has been all over YouTube internationally and it finally arrive here. It is a collaboration between Urban Decay & the legend... (wait for it...) DARY, Gwen Stefani. First product that was launch were her eyeshadow palette that looks like the blush palette that I am going to show you guys but that palette instead of a white circle, it has a black circle. I have seen the palette in Sephora and it is so gorgeous and I wish I have it! Ok back to this one, along with the blush palette, they also release 5 new 24/7 lip liners shades and 8 new lipsticks.

This Urban Decay Gwen Stefani blush palette comes in a #so #gwen theme, black and gold packaging. This palette is limited edition, take note ladies! The packaging is made out of a high quality plastic that does not feel tacky at all and on the side it has this metal plate embossed logo. Super sleek. The closure is magnetic and feels sturdy and nice when holding. In this palette it consist of 6 cheek color shades. What I like about it is that the versatility of shades it has in this palette, not only you can use it as a blush, but there is also a highlight shade (Angel) and a natural blush shade that can be use for contouring (Lo-Fi). Some of the are shimmery, satin and matte.

My favorite shades has to be Angel, Lo-Fi, Hush and OC. I will show you on how I apply these shades on my cheeks in my video below. The blush are very buttery, easy to blend and pigmented! Does not feels chalky at all. This palette was describe and stated by them that it has 4 x 0.09 oz Blush in Cherry (light pink satin), Easy (deep rose with gold shimmer), Angel (champagne-nude shimmer), Hush (medium pink with gold shimmer), 1 x0.09 oz Bronzer in Lo-Fi (soft bronze matte) & 1x 0.09 oz Highlighter in OC (soft pink with peach shift). I thought Angel was the highlighter. Meh. This blush palette retails for RM30.

I got one lipstick and a lip liner in the shade Wonderland. The full collection are as below shown. The lip liner retails for RM78.00 each. Come in 5 new shades with same formulation as their permanent 2/7 lip liners line. Only the design of the pencil is different to suit the theme.The lipstick is RM85 each. The shade Wonderland that I got looks like a true red but actually it is a Bright red with pink undertone. From my opnon the finish is more of a satin finish. They are super hydrating and pigmented. You can see it on how I apply it on my lips. Smooth and super pigmented!

L'Oreal Cushion Blush & Glam Shine Balm Review & Look

Cushion BB or CC are now not only comes in skin shades. L'Oreal has step up to its game. Today I will be reviewing 2 cool new products from L'Oreal and one of them is a cushion! but for the cheeks! At the end of this post also I will be showing you a makeup look using these products. A simple Pink themed look focusing on the cheeks and lips. All pink! I got these products from Hermo Malaysia. As you guys know they have expand and bringing more products from various brands including L'Oreal. So first product I am showing you is this cool Lucent Magique Cushion Glow Blush from L'Oreal.

I could say that this is the first ever Cushion Blush I ever seen and try. The packaging are similar to the normal Cushion you have seen in the market, the 2 layer case, the sponge and of course, the cushion which is filled with the product. This time, it is a blush. This Cushion Blush contains mineral water that has an advantage to give your cheeks that natural glow without looking patchy, dry or cakey. Pretty much like a cream blush but this is not as thick as a cream blush. You will need to use the sponge to apply this. On the pan it self it looks really intimidating! But actually this blush is so easy to blend. All I do is dot a few on my cheeks and use the sponge to blend it out. Mine is in the shade P2. This last longer than my normal powder blush!Shades available are #C1 Sunkissed Coral, #P2 Pink Fantasia & #P3 Rose Affair. Each Cushion Blush retails from RM49.90 each.

The second product is this, L'Oreal Glam Shine Balmy Gloss. A chubby balm stick that said to be the first glossy crayon that hydrates and keep your lips looking like you are wearing a glossy lip product but you're not. Of course, no stickiness when wearing this! It has a shiny finish and a sheer color . At the moment Hermo carries 3 shades which are #101 Rose, #102 Grape, #103 Cherry. Mine is in the shade #102 Grape. What I like about this lip product is that the tip of the crayon glides really smoothly. It does not dried up and the color is really pigmented. Each Glam Shine Balm retails for RM23.90 each.

What do you think of these products, especially the cushion blush! I find that the cushion blush is really unique and fun to use. I love how it is not too hard to be blended and it looks really nice on the cheeks. Might wanna get more colors from the line!

3CE Cream Blusher Review

Can't get enough with creamy makeup products. I bought these two cream blushes a few months ago and has fun playing around and experiment it. One I bought from Luxola during the sale and one more I bought it at Hermo. You can get 3CE products literally everywhere now. Sephora got it too but I'm not sure if they have these. I got two shades. #New Pink and #Coral Coral. What different between cream blush and a normal powder blush is that they can provide you more pigmentation and long lasting effect. But it is pretty hard to control and use sometimes. They aren't convenient as powder blush. Also from my opinion, cream blush can be a "primer" or a base for your powder blush. This way blush can stay longer through out the day. These cream blusher from 3CE are describe as a creamy type of blush with silky texture. They are long-lasting, and has delicate shine that adds liveliness to your cheeks. Cream blush are also perfect if you wanna go for that dewy no powder look!

My thoughts & Review. It is one of the best cream blush I have ever use. Love how it comes in a tube. Which are more hygienic and easy to control how much product I want. Both color actually does not suits me. Since I have yellow skin tone, I don;t know the #Coral Coral orange tone looks weird on and and the #New Pink looks too pale n me, So what I do it, I mix both colors and they look pretty similar to the shade #Baby Peach. Which I plan to buy it but thinking about it, I don;t think I need it since I can mix my own shade with both of these colors. It is creamy and the pigmentation are easy to control. They do not dry up and they stay pretty long on my cheeks. Pretty much longer than my usual powder blush and they are pretty hydrating. Each cream blush comes in a box. They look so cute! I recommend this blush but it is not one of the product that I reach for everyday because it is not convenient as a powder blush. I would basically need to mix the color first at the back of my hand and use it. Then I will need to do some washing. Pretty inconvenient for me especially when I am late. This can also be use after foundation. Top it off with your favorite face powder and use another powder blush for that long lasting effect.

How you can use this. I basically use my finger tips. By dotting a few around my cheeks and blend it it. If it is too much, I will just take my Stippling brush or flat top brush to diffuse it and make it looks more natural. You can also use a beauty blender to blend it in.

Too Faced Sweetheart Blush Perfect Flush Blush Review

I had this blush for a very long time. Of course gravitate towards on how the blush looks like is one of the reason why I bought this blush. I bought this from an international website as I have a voucher to be spend in there. So a pretty bargain for me actually. There are three different shade to choose from. I only got 2 of them which is the Peach Beach and Something About Berry. The other one is called Candy Glow. This is a baked type blush. It means it is a type of product that is formed by baking colored liquid on Terra cotta tiles. It can be apply wet to last you longer. By baking the blush on tiles it will gives a creamier texture than most powdered blushes.Each blush has 3 different shade/stripe. You can use it alone or combine all 3 colors for that nice flush color. 

I used Peach Beach a lot but it does not even start to hit pan. The product is very packed with great pigmentation that is easy to control when applied.  love how the blush is packaged. The whole entire body is made out of card board. It features gold hot stamping detailing on the front and as you cans ee its starts to fall off already. I am a bit late, Too Faced also have came out with more new heart shaped blush with the similar box design. It is the Love Flush Long Lasting Blush. The Makeup Revolution Blushing Heart are also comparable to this but Makeup Revolution Blushing Heart are much more fragile than the Too Faced. Mine already broke and damage :(.

Here are the swatches. On top part is Peach Beach. The last one on the right are the color when I combine all three shades. Same goes to the one in Something Abut Berry. I mostly use Peach Beach than Something About Berry. Peach Beach has more natural glow to it and it suits my skin better. They last about 2-3 hours. A reapplication may need if you want it to stay. It's a moderate good blush. I think a lot of people would buy this because of the way it looks like. It makes  a nice vanity decor item. I love it! But still overall I do love the one in Peach Beach. I love the natural peach glow it gave me. I like to use the 3 color from the left from Peach Beach as a highlighter. They retails for RM99 if I am not mistaken. You can get this at any participating Sephora near you.
