How to gain more traffic/visitors. No cheating method. | Part 1

First let me give you a disclaimer that I am NOT a professional blogger, I am NOT a professional analysis or what so ever. I thought I wanna make this post just to give you my own tips that I have experience using it for the past 3 years of blogging. In return I hope I can help you in your blogging journey! I took these advice from the other blogging sifu as well as some of my own way of blogging that really helped on my traffic that I try and error before. You cannot cheat traffic. You can cheat your Instagram follower, likes and Facebook like or what so ever but you cannot cheat traffic. So far as I know lah. Haha. So here are the 5 tips I am going to share with you!

1. Attractive thumbnail & Post Title.

Yes. Thumbnail is important. as well as this applied to a nice picture that you take. Because it attract lazy people to read title like me to click on to your link. Haha. You don't need a DSLR or any expensive camera to blog when you first started. All you need is actually good lighting. When I first started blogging, I use my Blackberry camera and a window light. From my experience, balcony, bedroom window have the best lighting. Picture editing tips click here (link). And to the second part, Post title. I admit that actually I am not good at this but my blog is mainly about beauty so try to put review at the back or something catchy that makes people curios want to know.

2. Rename & Resize your image before uploading to your post.

Seems simple but this is amazingly important. Do let me know if you are interested in a blog tips on how to manage your blog. This applies a bit. So in the "rename" topic it self by means it rename your image before uploading. Don't leave the IMG123124 what so ever default name you have in your pictures. The name of the image it self will help push your image on the top level in Google image search. For example if you are blogging about a Benefit Cosmetics Shop, try renaming it to "Benefit Cosmetics shop in Malaysia". When you are reviewing a product for example a Etude House Lipstick with swatch details and price, try to rename it to "Etude House Lipstick full swatch malaysia price list". People will google out for these tags and title and your picture may be on the early first pages and this will leads to your blog.

3. Resize your image.

This falls under the "weight" of your blog. Sometimes people can get frustrated with your big image and left your blog. You don't need a big picture that actually resize to a smaller picture in your blog. Also, it will trouble you in the future. You blog capacity will maximize and you will need to pay. So try to look for a smaller size image to your liking. For me, I like to use this size 640px x 426px and click on the image and set it to X-Large. If you still want a bigger image because you want a bigger effect when clicked, try double the size that I provide you above. Don't use the usual default size 2000px++. It loads so slow! It fits perfectly in my blog and load faster.

4. Active.

Always post out something new. So your blog will always be on top of people blog list. It can be a cross selling technique. You don't have to stressed out by doing a single post everyday. If you want to plan ahead, if you are interested in this topic do let me know. So, maybe 2-3 post a week is nice. Create your own series or genre of blogs. Always share your blog links in your social media and blogging group. This will expand your link to the search engine.

5. Be friendly and go blogwalking!

Ok. This is the ultimate tips I use when I start blogging. Socialize around! Don't be shy and don't sombong! Go to people blogs, read their post, comment below and leave your blog url. Some people are just too lazy to do this. I find it is weird because blogging is a way of interacting to new people as well as find new things to explore. Ok this part is a bit weird to some people. Some people don't like you to leave your link in their comment section. I don't know why. For me it welcomes people to discover new blogs. Okay, try to avoid the just commenting "Follow me and I follow you back". Oh come on. You blog not just because of the followers numbers. You want the exposure. Remember, exposure not numbers. What I mean is be genuine. Read their post, tell your thoughts and maybe leave your url down below. Who knows he/she might come to your blog and start to be your new reader too. But if she/he don't like, well just don't do it again. Respect their wants. Your username can also be a backlink to your blog so without the URL itself also can help but sometimes the link can be a problem when it directly go to your profile first before your blog. So just be patient. Then to your own blog, try to reply to people comments. I understand some top bloggers don't reply to the readers comment, it is because they receive hundreds of them. But for you who is just starting, come on. Interact with each other. He/She might come back to check on your replies. That is also count as traffic.

There are more but I think these are the most that I use. Well not most. Will do Part 2 if you like! I can't judge my own content weather its interesting to your opinion. But I blog because I like what I blog about. But these are the steps that I do when I started blogging. When the time I only have 1 follower, 1 visitor per day and basically no people commenting on my blog.

The ultimate key to increase your blog traffic is of course, never give up. Don't expect fast return and blogging because of fame, fortune and freebies. Blogging is fun! You make new friends and learn new things. Don't get stressed out and don't let anyone take your passion to a tension! Well that's for now, I know I have promise to blog about more blogging tips but I just could not get around. Super busy with day job and stuff. I promise I will do, just stick with me! hehe. My Top 5 Hair Care Products

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡. Halo Halo Halooo... As a girl who always wear scarf during the day especially when going out, of course. People might think that we can put less effort of our hair which absolutely a big No. I believe that even we who wear hijab also loves our hair. Some of us still keep their long hair although they know that they are not showing anyone. It is just a girl thing. For me, I am keeping it for my future husband.. alololo.. haha... So here I will show you my ultimate favorites of taking care of my hair. I tried so many shampoo and hair care stuff. Back in the days when I don't wear hijab, I am quite obsessed with my hair. Styling it and stuff. So if you are wearing hijab, these products are probably going to help you. For me the condition of wearing hijab and not wearing hijab is different. Because when we wear hijab we are mode tend to have oilier hair, damage by breakage (hair tie), not exposed to the sun and damp hair cause by sweat. So these products have really solve my problem and really helps on getting my hair healthy.

Starting off with cleansing. I love love love the Safi Shayla Segar Bermaya Shampoo | RM12.70. It really leaves my scalp squeaky clean and fresh. The scent is so refreshing as well as not overpowering. It is affordable and looking pretty in my bathroom. Ok that is just bonus. hehe. Then I use a conditioner, that is the Safi Shayla Penyegar Kulit Kepala | RM7.70. As I told you in my past review, read it here (link), both of these are like the perfect combination. This conditioner is not like other conditioner I have tried. It does not only leave my hair soft but it leaves my scalp so fresh and clean. this is the only conditioner that I dare to massage on my scalp. Because as I told you, to avoid dandruff, you must avoid using conditioner to your scalp. Conditioner are meant for the ends of your hair. But this is like a 2 in 1 product. It soften my hair as well as treating my scalp. If you massage it quite well, you will feel a bit of a cooling sensation to your scalp.

Next stop, hair mask. I use this sometimes in the week when I have more time. It is the Terbes Hair Treatment Mask | 40.00. It comes in a super big jar than probably gonna last me a year. You can read my full review here (link). I use this on all over my hair and use a shower cap to "preserve" it for about 15 minutes. This leaves my hair soft and smooth. After that I usually will air dry my hair naturally. I don;t usually wear hair dryer because I am preventing it from damage and over heating.

When it is 80% dry, I like to apply the Liese Smooth Hair Cocktail | RM28.00. It is a hair spraying mist that smells so gooood! I spray it all over my hair and spreading it by combing my hair. I also use this when my hair is dry during the other days, just to give a little fragrance to my hair and moisturize it. Although the fragrance does not really last that long but I still like the concept. Also I love to combine the Liese Smooth Hair Cocktail with another hair treatment that I freaking love, that is the Ma Cherie End Cure Milk | RM39.90. I put this beside my bed because its cute and convenient. Haha. I like to spread this on the ends of my hair overnight and in the morning it will leave my hair super smooth. It smells so divine and just can't get over it. Its so good! So that is basically like my hair care routine as well as the Top 5 favorite hair products! Hope it helps!

My Top 15 International Blogger

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡ . So... I have did my Top 15 Youtubers and you guys kinda like it! So I guess since I am in a blogging world, of course I have some favorite blogger! I'm sorting it out into 15 and its international. If its include my own country I guess I have to do Top 50. Haha! So of course, a blogger that I look up to is the one that have a neat blog, awesome pictures, details in what they are saying and the blog really reflect them self! There are some blog that I love to include but they just don't update anymore and its sad because some of them were goof. :( Lots of my bloglist have like 3-6 month not been updated. One of a beauty blogger I love. I love how she review things and I don't know. I just love reading her blog as well as how she took pictures for her product review. Just amazing!

An Indonesian fashion blogger. Top notch high fashion scene. She can wear anything and look fabulous. I love looking at her fashion pictures. It inspiring although I don't think I will wear something like that.

Another Indonesian blogger! If I am not mistaken, she is one of the best Beauty Blogger in Indonesia. Presenting to you Stella Lee! She love Japan if you can tell! I have been reading her blog like before she converting to her new blog. At first she only have blogspot.com and then she convert to stellalee.com. I love how she review her product, she is also not sombong. Although she is famous, she always find times to reply to her blog comments.

Another, another Indonesian blogger. Haha. I discover her last year and I was like, is she using like a Korean model for her review. HELL NO! It is herself. Super pretty man! She does not look Indonesian at all. She look so Korean! She also love Korean cosmetics and she have review a lot of them Her review is very detail! I love it!

One of my favorite Fashion blogger! Kristina Bazan! I discover her when I have this obsession towards YSL Rouge Volupte, then I saw her pictures where she had this photoshoot with the lipstick. All of the lipstick look good on her. Jelly. She also have a very high taste in fashion which, erm I may not afford right now. Haha. Well, I just love her fashion blog! Very inspiring!

My Top 15 YouTuber

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡ . Happy Tuesday! Today i am going to share with you my top 15 picks of my personal favorite from the YouTube channel! I wanna do top 5 but I just have too many so I increase it to 15. These are my favorite and finds from 2013. These are also the YouTuber I would put as my mentor and inspiration to my future plan, YouTube video! Hope you would find this helpful and subscribe to more cool channels that I recommend to you!

1. Zoella

Hands down, Zoella. Other than a favorite blogger of mine, when she uploads, I am excited. I don't know. I just love her personality, her accent, the way she edit her video and just herself! She put effort in producing a high quality and well edited video, as well as her blog. Her pictures are amazing and just well presented. I am much inspire from her! She puts random things in her blog mainly about her. From hauls to fashion to beauty and other fun videos. I wish I can meet her one day!

2. missglamorazzi
One of my favorite Beauty Guru on YouTube. Again, I love how she edit her videos, straight forward, fun, and just amazing! She is so bubbly and cute! She always shows her favorite and tips and tricks on makeup. I love her Get Ready with me videos and one of my favorite is this below video. She also loves to cook and love love love her simple cooking video! I watch it like 10x!

3. Rosanna Pansino
First impression. Nawwwww. She is freaking adorable! Nerdy Nummies! She always makes me smile and she have the simplest tip in baking. Her creations are cute and she loves gaming like I do! All I can say is, she's cute! Love her videos!

4. Evalina

Just got to adore this Russian girl to her amazeballs talent. Her video is top notch quality and I love her DIYs too! Her video is just fun to watch with all the effects and everything. Its surreal! I love when she had her hair pink. So cute! and not to mention her Scottish fold cat!

5. clothesencounters Aaaa her voice! It is so sexy! hehe, I wish I have a voice like that. We weee. I subscribe to her even since she make YouTube video with Sarah. They used to do videos together but then Sarah have to move out for some study/work purposes. So Jenn took over the channel and continue making video. Love Jenn so much and her fashion sense are off the top. She uses clothes from her finds in the thrift shop too. She is freaking creative when it comes to fashion and makes thrift shop items look like a thousand dollar clothes. Check her out if you love street style fashion.
6. Boat People Vintage A cool awesome DIY's video channel. Someone who I will look up for my future video. I love the simplicity of they video. Easy to understand and its so vintage! I would call it an indie type of video. I just love their video, i.. just.. LOVE IT!

7. Ann Le

Another channel that I will look up to her as a inspiration for DIY's, its Ann Lee or well known for her name Anneorshine! Love her creations and DIY's from Beauty to Fashion to Crafty stuff. She is also so cheerful and beautiful! Her video are also superb quality!

8. nigahiga One of a YouTuber who always risk his life to make video. Naaah! Haha, he always make fun stuns in his video. Super hilarious and I also love when he collaborated with his friends. All I can say is he always makes me laugh and smile! He is super funnaaaayyyyy!
9. Sprinkleofchatter
Who does not love Sprikle of Glitter aka to her VLOGs channel Sprinkle of Chatter! I love when Darcy is in the video. Oh Darcy! She is Louise daughter. She is so adorable and I can cry because of just saying Nawwwwww so cute! Louise are also Zoella best friends and I think they live nearby! hehe.

10. StilaBabe09 Who does not know her? I think she is popular among teens and yeay.. me who is not a teen..... mihmihmih.... I first found her video when I saw a video on How to be Katy Perry for Halloween and from that I fell in love with her video. She is super adorable and pretty and funny!
11. ThatsHeart This mix face girl who reminds me a bit like missglomorazi. I also lover her get ready video makeup and she is super bubble and cheerful!
12. lilisimply I follow her since years ago. She is so pretty and her boyfriend who just proposed to her look like a mini Bruno mars. Love her Korean hauls and fashion haul!
13. Michele Phan Who does not know Michelle Phan! Super quality video and her videos is straight forward and easy to follow. She does not really have a chatting/rambling video like most beauty guru have. If she want to make a makeup tutorial, that what you get!
14. beautycrush Her accent! She reminds me of the cute rihanah version especially when she was with her ex that looks like Chris Brown. Her video are also top notch and simple.
15. Anna Akana Just discover her. She is super funny and just true to herself! There is still a lot of "parental guidance" word in her video but it is totally fun to watch!

Salam & hello everyone! I have been an iPhone user for a past few months. Well, I gotta say I love my iPhone so much and I feel "naked" without it. LOL. Changing the appearance of my iPhone is one of my hobby! It lifts up my mood, I always chance my iPhone cover as well although I don't have that much.
