Today I will be reviewing these essential makeup products from Maybelline. When you are just starting makeup. BB Creams and CC Creams are a great choice to start with. They usually very natural and easy to wear. What is the different between BB & CC Creams? BB is basically a short form of Blemish Balm and CC is a short form of Color Corrector. You get the idea here. BB Creams usually helps to keep your skin healthy and CC Creams has more benefits towards giving you that perfect and most natural even skin tone. Best seller BB creams from Mayelline which is the Clear Smooth BB Cream. Comes in 2 shade options, Fresh & Natural. Mine shown here is in the shade Natural.

The Maybelline Clear Smooth BB Cream is true to its colors. It is enriched with natural minerals that helps to transform your skin tone looking smooth and natural. The coverage I could say light - medium. A bit bailable but you will still need a concealer to get that perfect natural look. It is easy to blend and does not feel cakey. Less oilier feeling compare to the next one I am reviewing, the CC Cream. I recommend this to anyone, it might work for Oily skin.

The Maybelline White Superfresh CC Cream helps to give you that natural fair effect instantly at the same time protects your skin from harmful UV rays. When you squeeze out from the tube, it looks white, but as you blend it on your skin, it will turns into your natural skintone. Bt I could say it would look pretty fair to dark skin tone. The cream feels a bit chalky to my opinion. I only use this during days where my skin has less spot or no newly "pop" out pimples. It is a great cream for a very light cover during my casual days where I just want to have a bit of a skin correcting effect on my skin.

L'Oreal La Creme True Match BB Cream

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡. I have been wanting to blog about this for so so long. But then I got demotivated because I lost this BB Cream. :( I can't remember where I put it of where is the last time I misplace it. I am pretty sad because I have not yet finish using it and it has been my favorite for such a long time. It is the L'Oreal La Creme True Match BB Cream. I Google on other people review and find that many does not fancy this BB Cream. Some said its oily and some said its disappointing. But I don't know, maybe it depends on each skin types. So far I have been loving this, I have combination skin if you ask. Maybe I just loving the BB Cream concept and this has been one of the best.

This BB Cream has SPF 35 and claims to help your skin moisturize for 24 hours. The first BB Cream that gives me shine free and matte finish. Also to set things first, I always use powder after using this product. It works well with that. I got this last year and have been loving it ever since. The texture of this BB Cream is creamy and it is easy to blend. It can be use with both brush or hand. Both works well. What I love about this BB Cream is that it is true to its color. It leaves my skin without the "grey" effect usually BB Cream will leave me and it corrects my skin tone nicely. It does gives my skin look fairer but after a while it absorbs nicely to my skin leaving my skin looks super natural. It last pretty long too and the best part is, it has a satin matte finish which I find super nice. If I am not mistaken this comes in 3 shades to choose from. Th e packaging is a tube which super awesome because its hygienic and easy to dispense out the product. Price wise, quite affordable, the tube last me pretty long. I recommend this product to you who have free from skin problem, dry skin and combination skin.

Elisha Coy BB Creams Comparison

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡. As you know I love BB Cream. i think it is one of a must have beauty products. It helps to make your skin better like skincare and it gives you that nice coverage (depends on each brand) for your everyday makeup look. I always use BB Cream when my skin started to have some acne or problems. That is the time when I try not to wear any foundation because I am trying to heal my skin as well as preventing from harsh chemical on to my skin when I have skin problems. So today, I am going to show you 4 BB Creams from ElishaCoy exclusively from Supermodel Secrets Store. The one I am reviewing here is in 15ml tube. They also have in bigger full size package (50ml) that you can buy. Here I am going to give a quick and simple review on each BB Creams so you can see what are the differences.

1. ElishaCoy Always Nuddy BB 24 15ml | RM29.00
For : Soothing & Moisturizing
The first one is the Always Nuddy BB 24, comes in this nude tone packaging. Among all this is the most natural dewy finish without leaving your skin that 'wearing foundation" look. Less color correcting and does not leave any white cast. The shade of this BB Cream is more darker than the rest of these 3 BB Cream. The texture is creamy and easy to blend. This BB Cream has that typical BB Cream scent. Reminds me of Etude House BB Cream. It is moisturizing and I recommend this to you who really want a very light BB Cream, moisturizing and natural finish. Oh and this does not have sun protection. Made from Organic Botanical ingredients. Get oily faster than the other.
Overall : Super natural, does not leave skin looks grayish, dewy finish.

2. ElishaCoy Premium Gold Mineral BB 15ml | RM35.00
For : Sun protection (SPF45 PA+++), Whitening & Anti-Aging
Among all this is the lightest shade. Comes in a gold tube packaging. Have SPF45++ Sun Protection and has a creamy texture just like the Nuddy BB Cream. I recommend this to you who have fair skintone because this leaves your skin fairer and I think would look weird on darker skin tone. It does leave a big of a white cast/grey undertone to your skin. This has a satin matte finish, and this helps to cover redness nicely.
Overall : Perfect for fair skintone, nice light coverage, covers redness.

3. ElishaCoy Always Triple BB 15ml | RM35.00
For : Sun Protection (SPF30 PA ++), Chemical Action Free, Whitening & Anti Wrinkle
Come in a black tube. This has SPF 35 Sun protection, the texture is creamy just like the other two above. Has a medium skin tone shade. Leave a satin matte finish, a bit dewy and has a light to medium coverage (build-able). It blends and melts into my skintone nicely after a few minutes. A bit of a white cast finish but does not leave your face look that weird. Good for people who have dry skin.
Overall : Great for people who has dry skin, moisturizing, nice coverage and natural.

4. ElishaCoy Diamond Shiny Pearl BB 15ml | RM29.00
For : Sun Protection (SPF27 PA ++) & Jewerly Complex
Comes in the pink tube. Among all this has more of a watery texture. Has the same shade as the Triple BB cream above but if you look closely (as you swatch it), you can see a very fine sparkle/glitter on to your skin from the BB Cream. Which said in the description, "give you that delicate pearl shows shining skin or they call it 3D effect". It blends nicely to my skin just like the Triple BB Cream but if you like that sparkle and glitter effect to your face, this might for you. Or you can use it as a highlighter, dot some on to your finger and blend it on the highest point of your cheeks or nose to give that nice highlighting effect. Gives me light to medium coverage and dewy finish. Remind that this gives a sparkle effect, you might look like Edward during the day.
Overall : Nice coverage, can be use for highlighting, perfect for night makeup, dewy finish.

NeuLa 8 in 1 Tea Tree BB Cream

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡. I know that I have been around with BB Creams this year around. I personally love BB Creams because I relize that it keeps my skin better and makes my skin "nicer". It is mostly lighter than foundation too. So I have tried a lot of BB Creams lately. From many finishes and texture. Today I am going to review this Tea Tree Oil BB Cream from NeuLa. Claims to be a BB Cream that prevents pimple, does not clog pores, has UV ray protection, conceal imperfections and oil control.

When I first swatch it can I really feel it has a light texture. As I blend it in, it leaves a bit of white cast and not pigmented enough as most thick BB Cream have. It has a slight Tea Tree Oil scent too it. I kinda loves that. This is the only shade available. It has a bit of yellow tone too it too, I think it can be wore by any skintone. Why I am saying that is because the texture and how its melts in your skin. The coverage is Light-Medium. This does not really helps to cover imperfections but it gives you a nice tone tpo your skin. As you blend in, the color matches your natural skintone nicely. It has a satin finish. Not too dewy not too matte. It last for 3-4 hours. I recommend this BB Cream for you who does not really wear makeup and look for a tint of color to your face for everyday use that also has benefits to heal your skin. Powder on top to set and gives you a matte finish. It does not help to help pimples but it helps to prevent for it.

SKIN79 SPF25 PA++ Hot Pink Review

As-salamu alaykum and hello everyone ♡. I am going to review one of the most raved BB Cream product. It is the SKIN79 Super Plus Blemish Balm Triple Functions that comes with a sun protection level of 25PA++. This product have been rave before BB cream were that ever so popular if I can remember. Jen frmheadtotoe love it, Ingrid Mizzglamorazzi loves it. I'm sold. To tell you the truth, I love BB creams more than foundation because I find that BB Creams is much more gentle on your skin for everyday and it kinda give me this mindset that BB Cream are better than foundation and does not really harm my skin. Well, most BB Creams has infused with good stuff in it to work as a skincare, primer as well as a foundation in one bottle. I can really tell that my skin is much more healthier if I use BB Cream more often than foundation. I have tried a number of BB Creams so let's get into my thought on this.

Skin 79 has many variety of BB Cream as well as the latest Korean "technology" in tread right now are CC Creams. I have not tried CC Creams so I have no comment for that. So one of the most popular type are this one. Called the Hot Pink, features Whitening and fight against wrinkles formation.. It also claims to be a Celebrity Must Have item, its light weight, hydrating and gives you this healthy skin look. It helps to control sebum as well as a product that haves 10-in-1 Steps Multiple concerns. It said to be suitable for both dry and oily skin type. For dry skin, use a moisturizer before, and for oil skin type, you can just use this alone.

My thoughts. When I first saw this product I just love the packaging. Well, its pink of course. This BB Cream is packed inside a box with details on it. This BB Cream also comes with a pump. One pump dispense a perfect amount you need. First impression on the shades, I said that this totally gonna give me a white cast effect. But I am used to BB Creams, BB creams usually comes in this kinda shade and after 2-3 minutes its kinda absorb and melts into your natural skintone. So when I first apply this, I actually needed 2 pumps to cover my whole face. This does not cover my blemishes or spot that well. It is more of a sheer to medium coverage. The texture of this BB Cream is not too creamy or liquidy. Its a bit thick and its a bit hard to blend, but if you try to dot it around your face first and then blend all over. This gets the job done. My face looks a bit too fair on first application. 2-3 minutes later, its kinda melts to my skin nicely. It leaves dewy finish. So I top it off with my favorite matte powder at the moment, that is the Benefit Agent Zero Shine. My face looks a bit fair but I am okay with that. it does not look that weird. This BB cream is quite hydrating but it gets a lil bit oily after 3-4 hours. I kinda love this BB Cream during cold weather situations, it was an okay product. Maybe I am just in to mood of matte finish foundation right now. This feels light on the skin and if you love that glowy dewy korean girls skin look, you should try this. I am not sure about darker skin tone people who want to try this, this may be a bit too light for you. Yeay this is most probably the downside of most BB Creams. They don't offer that much of a shade. I have a medium to fair skintone color and this looks a bit light for me. I am looking forward to try more BB Creams from Skin79. They have a lot of varieties like below!

Oh and yes, beware of FAKE Skin79 BB Creams. they are all over the place, try to but them in authorize seller, I think Watsons carries SKIN79, or you can just purchase from their official website link below.

The New Innovation :

As you can see this foundation is pretty unique. It has a sponge soaking up all the foundation in the pink case. The sponge in the case which actually hold up all the product inside is called "Foaming Urethane Foam". It is a development of optimal holding technique considering of both fresh sunblock texture and sanitary container. Another feature are the "Non flowing" concept. This result in a "cell trap" innovation, a lil bit of science going on here, i pretty much new to this. To make it easy its kinda hold the goodness of the product content unlike other product in tubes or bottle which only stays flat inside it.

The Air Puff :

Another product highlights are the blue sponge is actually made out of Rubycell + Polyurethane. Comparing to the ordinary sponges you usually have in your compact powder or buy in stores, this features a minimal product absorption. So you wont get waste to your product which usually thrown away when you wash your sponge right.

How to take care of the sponge :

Packaging:

Super compact, easy to bring anywhere. Made out of plastic and I don't think it would be a problem for traveling. The divider between product and sponge storage is divided. Hygienic and easy storing.

Texture/How it feels when applied:

As another feature of this product is its cooling effect. Well not that minty feeling, but yes I do agree, it feels so nice on the skin. Light and easy to blend. Just pat pat pat and you're done!

Pigmentation/Coverage: I might say its a light to medium coverage. Does not cover spots and acne scar pretty good. But it really does cover my redness nicely. I might say its a dewy finish at a few minutes but then tends to adsorb and look pretty natural on the skin. Honey Beige have a yellow undertone shade taht I think suits fair-medium skin tone.

Scent: No overpowering scent or funny scent. I may say its kinda like a fragrance free product because no scent have been concentrated while I'm applying this.

Ease of Use: Really easy, prefect for beginner The sponge really helps a lot. Does not adsorb so much product resulting in waste and over patchy application to the skin.

Overall / Verdict:

I don't recommend this for people whole love heavy coverage makeup, or the main purpose of application is to cover up acne. Its a very good everyday go to foundation. In one application you are protected with sunscreen (50 SPF), Its moisturize, yes it does and have a whitening benefit purposes. I love love love using this product during my lazy and a casual day simple makeup mood. Does makes you skin look softer and healthy. Use a good concealer to cover up any imperfection and you are good to go! But I don't really like to applying powder after using this, i find they don't really go together. Well, its my opinion. There is no halal JAKIM certification for this product but this product have been sold in United Arab Emirates. Missha strictly against animal testing for product development. You can read more here.

Packaging: Comes in a tube like packaging with a pump nozzle. Its hygienic and easy to control. The pump serve no problem to me, 1 pump is enough for my whole face. Travel friendly too, no fragile like glass material use in this packaging.

Texture/How it feels when applied: The product is more of a creamy texture too it, a lil thick when swatch but smoothly absorb when blend in. I use my hands to apply this product. Rub it in my hand to warm it up and apply it after using my favorite moisturizer.

Pigmentation/Coverage: Sheer-Medium Coverage. Like most BB Creams, it looks grayish but in a few minutes it tends to blends naturally in your skin. Does not really cover my red spots, but even out my skin tone naturally.

Scent: I don't know how to describe the smell, but no worries, there is a nice fragrant scent in it but not too overpowering of have this kinda funny scent to it.

Ease of Use: Easy to use, easy to blend and does not require much blending to work this product on the skin.

Overall / Verdict:

I love this BB Cream and glad it work out as I wish. I have been wanted to try this BB cream from a very very long time. I first heard it from most Asian YouTube Beauty Guru especial Style Suzi if I am not mistake ut dont know whre I can find Missha BB Cream in Malaysia. So if you are looking for a nice natural finish BB Cream, you should really try this!

Bio Essences Aqua BB Cream Review

Lately I find my self using BB cream more often Not in a mood for heavy makeup pile on my face this month. Muehehe. So here is the Review :

Coverage : ★★★★☆

I might say its a light to medium coverage. Its buildable. Leaves your skin dewy and its a semi translucent finish. The color is pretty grayish but it soak up and leaves a natural finish after a few minuted. If you want to wear it alone with no powders, your face looks very dewy.

Texture : ★★★★☆

Very liquid-y texture. Very runny when you squeeze it out from the tube. But very easy to blend. I use my fingers to warm it up on my fingers and spread it out easily.

Packaging : ★★★★☆

Nothing special, but when it comes in a tube form, its very hygienic and easy.

Price : ★★★★☆

Pretty affordable but a lil pricey for some people. I might say RM60+ is expensive. But its a promise BB Cream. Last for 5 hours.

Availability : ★★★★☆

Available at all participating pharmacies that carries Bio Essences product such as Watson, Gurdian and Jusco Wellness.

Overall : ★★★★☆

4 stars for all eyh. I kinda love this but its not a holy grail product. Would recommend this to people who love light weight makeup with benefits and a lil coverage. Fair to medium skin tone might find this a perfect match.
